Assessments

A comprehensive one-hour assessment of the important factors of your life, physical, emotional and psychological.

 

We then design a sophisticated program to get you back into the evolutionary zone: Thriving & feeling great.

 

Our programs are based on a PNI (psychoneuroimmunological) approach: mental, emotional, nutritional, physical.

Re-build Programs

We design a personalised program that looks at past and present therapy interventions, lifestyle, genetic/epigenetic factors, nutrition, movement, emotional/psychological influences and creaste customised solutions to aid in increasing quality of life.

 

Graduated programs are delivered in 6-week monitored intervals either at home or in clinic.

 

We also offer on-demand/on-going therapy sessions for crisis or degenerative conditions.
